We are looking for you as PCC Manager France (f/m/d) to join our team in Paris with immediate effect – join our team!
As PCC Manager France (f/m/d), you will be part of our People, Culture & Communications Team and, among other topics, will drive and develop our HR Strategy in full alignment with business needs.
Your scope:

Lead & Build PCC Excellence: Establish and maintain a best-in-class People & Culture (PCC) function, acting as a strategic partner, change agent, and advocate for employees.

Team Leadership & Business Partnering: Manage and mentor the PCC team to deliver administrative excellence and drive business growth.

Strategic Workforce & Financial Planning: Direct strategic workforce planning to address talent gaps, aligning recruitment efforts with business operations and financial budgets.

Comprehensive Talent Management: Lead performance management, succession planning, L&D, and compensation & benefits to build strong talent pools and mitigate retention risks.

Leadership Coaching & Organizational Development: Coach leaders to elevate management skills and risk mitigation, collaborating with key stakeholders to foster a High-Performance Organization.

Compliance & Policy Administration: Oversee the precise administration of local labor legislation, wage, and benefit policies across the entity.
What you bring to the table:

HR Generalist Expertise: 5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist with broad exposure across recruiting, staffing, training, and compensation.

Matrix & Organizational Leadership: Proven track record in a matrix organization with dual operational/functional reporting, ideally with leadership team experience.

Domain Knowledge: Solid grounding in performance management, career planning, talent development, selection, and labor law across relevant geographies.

Change & Organizational Design: Skilled in leading change management, organizational design, and driving strategic business planning initiatives.

Technical Environment Experience: Prior experience supporting technical operations, working alongside engineers, technicians, sales, and finance teams.

Global & Diversity Focus: Background in international settings with global standards, including experience embedding a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) mindset.

Communication & Languages: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
