Regional Sales Manager IAM
// Key Responsabilities
As a key player in conveying sales and marketing policy to Aftermarket distribution networks and platforms, the Regional Sales Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers and Key Account Managers.
He/she defines and proposes strategies for sales development, customer loyalty, and brand awareness for the company’s brands. Furthermore, they implement appropriate field actions within the distribution network across the Western France region.
In this context, the primary missions include:

Market Analysis: Analyzing the potential of existing customers and prospects within the automotive, motorcycle, marine, and power equipment market segments.

Strategic Planning: Identifying target customers, establishing a sector-specific animation and development plan, and representing the company at national and regional trade fairs and conventions.

Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for customer distribution networks and regional directors of buying groups within the sector.

Business Development: Ensuring the growth of client accounts through the sale of the company's products and services, while providing the necessary support to boost their sales and build long-term partnerships.

Market Intelligence: Reporting regional commercial data to management to contribute to the company's competitive market intelligence.

Support: Assisting Key Account Managers with tasks related to the monitoring and animation of independent distribution networks.

Reporting: Performing reliable and regular analysis of sector activity and providing accurate sales forecasts.

Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in meetings and projects aimed at improving departmental operations.

Credit Management: Monitoring customer credit risk and managing debt recovery when necessary.

Education & Experience: You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) and have proven experience working for a Tier 1 automotive supplier.

Skills: A strategic thinker, you have mastered negotiation techniques and are eager to acquire in-depth knowledge of the aftermarket industries.
