Area Sales Manager Nordics (f/m/d)


  • In this position you are responsible for the preparation of the annual sales planning and sales activities for the NORDICS sub-region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland) in coordination with the General Manager. Definition of sales and earnings targets at product line level for the following financial year.

  • You will participate in the annual marketing and communication planning in close cooperation with the locally responsible marketing team DACH & NORDICS.

  • You maintain close personal contacts with the purchasing managers and product managers of our business partners, supports them in storing NGK & NTK products, ensures the inclusion of new NGK & NTK products in the customer portfolio and thus ensures sufficient availability for the downstream trading levels (Local dealers & workshops).

  • You are able to give commercial product training and product range presentations. Motivates our partners & field staff, is available for joint customer visits and provides support in any way possible.

  • Independent processing of all administrative tasks from home office

  • Desireable candidate location in northern Germany (or Scandinavia)



  • You have successfully completed commercial or economic studies with a focus on sales & marketing or a comparable training with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in IAM sales combined with knowledge of market dependencies and a industry network.

  • Methodical, analytical and structured thinking and working methods, innovative strength, flexibility, teamwork, commitment.

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Fluent English, German and/or a Scandinavian language is desirebale 

  • High willingness to travel
