Catalogue & Data Manager EMEA (f/m/d)

As Catalogue & Data Manager, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of online and print product catalogs for the EMEA aftermarket, working in collaboration with Product Management and MarCom.
Your Scope:
- Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration between product information and data management systems.
- Ensure all data complies with industry standards (TecDoc KPIs) and internal guidelines, while optimizing database structures for reporting purposes.
- Guarantee that product information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across all digital, print, and internal platforms
- Lead the end-to-end creation of PDF and Excel catalogs and manage the integration of new product launches and updates.
- Serve as a key resource for internal teams on the use of data systems to ensure company-wide compliance with data standards.
What you bring to the table:
- Extensive experience in the automotive or automotive supply industry is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product, catalog, data, and project management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of electronic catalogs and industry standards (e.g., TecDoc TAF, ACES, PIES, MAM).
- Advanced Excel and Access skills, as well as experience with Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM) software.
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong data management skills and a cross-cultural, open-minded approach.
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).
