Coordinator Planning AM (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Coordinator Planning AM (f/m/d) - join our team now!


In this role, you will be part of the Materials Management team, taking full responsibility for your product portfolio within the Aftermarket (AM) sector. Your mission is to ensure optimal product availability while simultaneously meeting inventory targets.

Your Scope:

  • You will manage the entire purchasing planning process for the assigned materials, including the execution and tracking of purchase orders to ensure a smooth flow of goods.

  • You will monitor "Inventory Health," perform root cause analyses for any discrepancies, and generate ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • You are responsible for the entry and integrity of master data in the system, resolving issues with sales order allocations, and coordinating material substitutions.

  •  As a competent point of contact, you will communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve operational quality.

  • You will contribute your expertise to cross-functional projects.


What you bring to the table:

  • You hold a university degree (at least a Bachelor’s) and have at least two years of relevant professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Operational Procurement.

  • You are highly proficient in MS Office, particularly as an Excel expert, and have practical experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP MM).

  • To thrive in our international environment, you are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

  • You are characterized by a structured, independent, and meticulous way of working that guarantees high-quality results even under time pressure.

  • Thanks to your strong communication skills, you interact confidently across all levels of the organization and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders.
