Expert International Accounting - parental leave replacement (f/m/d)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• In this position you are the overall contact person for Asset Accounting.

• You will be participating in the monthly, quaterly and yearly financial statements. 

• Execution of quaterly- and yearly statements and compilation of all requested documents via our plattform "Connect" is also part of this position.

• You are coordinating J-SOX-testings for the Finance Department and communicating to Internal Audit.

• Your responsibilities in Asset Accounting include posting of new assets, monthly depreciation run, IFRS16, communication to fleet management.

• You will be booking the payroll for Poland and Spain.

• You will monthly update management presentations as well as set up monthly reporting for our Global Headquarter in Japan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting and a comparable position

• You have professional knowledge of HGB and IFRS

• High degree of flexibility for ad hoc requests

• Fluent spoken and written English and German

• Solid user knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular Excel and SAP / FI
