We are looking for you to join us as Manager Development & Change EMEA (f/m/d) at our regional headquarter in Ratingen – become part of our team!
In this role, you will join our Organizational Development, Transformation & Employee Experience Team. This is where we combine the strategic evolution of our organization with the operational support of transformation processes.
We are looking for an execution-oriented personality at the management level who possesses excellent command of complex project management and change methodologies. You will be responsible for sustainably anchoring this expertise within the company through modern approaches to organizational development and adult education.
As Manager Development & Change EMEA (f/m/d), you will have the opportunity to actively shape organisational and personnel development within a role of significant responsibility. Working on the basis of an established change model, you will operate within a professional, dynamic and collaborative team environment. You will act as the interface between the PMO, specialist departments and skills development, working closely on key projects at Niterra EMEA GmbH. You will benefit from a modern, cloud-based infrastructure (Google Workspace), which enables efficient and contemporary working practices.
Your Scope:

Strategic Change Management: Expert design, planning, and operational steering of transformation initiatives. You derive appropriate measures to support large-scale change processes, anticipate resistance, and develop mobilization strategies.

Complex Project Management: Independent leadership and management of strategic projects. You set clear milestones, manage resources, and ensure compliance with time, budget, and quality targets—even within dynamic environments.

Stakeholder Management & Communication: Professional advisory for executives across various levels and proactive management of interfaces. You effectively win over stakeholders for your initiatives and communicate confidently across all hierarchical levels.

People Development & Didactics: Development and implementation of target-group-specific training curricula and workshops. You leverage your expertise in adult education to build competencies within the framework of personnel development (PD).

Organizational Development: Contribution to the design of future-ready organizational structures and support for the associated cultural transformations.

Self-Organization & Accountability: As a proactive "doer," you structure your field of activity independently, set clear priorities, and take full responsibility for your project results.
What you should bring to the table:

Experience: Several years of sound professional experience in project management and change management (e.g., from management consulting or a comparable internal management function).

Qualifications: A successfully completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Education) or a comparable professional qualification/experience.

Technical Expertise: You are highly proficient in standard project management tools and change models. Additionally, you possess in-depth knowledge of the methodology and didactics of modern adult education and organizational development.

Soft Skills: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work inclusively, inspiring individuals to embrace both personal development steps and organizational transitions.

IT Proficiency: Confident use of digital collaboration tools. As we operate within Google Workspace, relevant experience is explicitly welcomed.

Personality: A high degree of initiative, assertiveness and strong communication skills as well as the willingness to take full ownership of complex processes.
- Communication: Strong communication skills in combination with business fluency in Englisch and German.
